Our portal allows authors to submit their abstract and other required information in a simple “fill in the blanks” format.
The system guides the author through each step.
We automatically check word count, abstract structure, and the like.

It’s a simple task to appoint Reviewers to the abstract themes.

Reviewers are given a list of abstracts to score – either via a 1-to-10 rating scale, or a rubric of your choice.

Once you’ve decided which abstracts to accept/reject, you can bulk mail with wording of your choice, directly from our system.

EXBO is the conference and tradeshow division of a software development company called ATAS.
We started in South Africa back in 2006 with an early version of our abstract management system. It soon became clear that there was demand for other systems, and we went on to develop delegate registration, stand-booking, ePoster and other related systems.
